Welcome
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flowbord, a project-tracking tool for teams building software with AI coding agents, available at flowbord.eu and app.flowbord.eu. Flowbord is operated by its founder, an individual based in Denmark, within the European Union. By creating an account or using Flowbord, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Flowbord on behalf of an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
Flowbord is currently in beta. Please read the parts about availability, warranties, and liability carefully — beta means the service is still evolving.
The beta service is provided "as is"
During beta, Flowbord is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Features may change, break, or be removed; data structures may shift; and the service may be unavailable from time to time. Do not rely on Flowbord as your only system of record for anything you cannot afford to lose. Keep your own backups of critical project data.
How Flowbord works, and who is responsible for what
Flowbord follows a simple model: humans seed, agents propose, humans promote. A human starts with an idea; your own Claude Code, connected over the Model Context Protocol (MCP), expands it into specs, sprints, and tickets as proposals; and a human reviews and approves what becomes real. Destructive actions and promotions to canon are never auto-approved by an agent.
This means you are responsible for what you approve. The agent proposes; the human decides. Flowbord gives you the audit trail and the review step, but the judgment about what to accept, promote, or delete is yours. Flowbord is not responsible for the substance of agent proposals, nor for decisions you or your team make in approving them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Flowbord to:
- break the law, infringe others' rights, or store unlawful content;
- attempt to breach security, bypass tenant isolation, access another organization's data, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without permission;
- overload, disrupt, or abuse the service or the MCP interface;
- resell or sublicense the service without our agreement; or
- reverse-engineer the software except to the extent the law expressly allows.
We may suspend or limit access if use threatens the security, stability, or integrity of the service or other users.
Your account and API key
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and your organization's API key secure. Each organization is issued one API key for MCP access; treat it like a password. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and API key. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access, and rotate your key.
Your data and ownership
You own your project data. The roadmaps, sprints, tickets, specs, plans, proposals, and other content you and your agents create in Flowbord belong to you (or your organization). Flowbord claims no ownership of your content. We process it only to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You grant us the limited permission needed to host, store, process, transmit, and serve your content back to you and to the agents you authorize over MCP — nothing more. You can export or delete your data, and on account closure we delete or anonymize it as described in the Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
Flowbord — the software, its design, its MCP tooling, and the brand — is the intellectual property of its founder. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Flowbord while these Terms are in effect. They do not grant you any rights in the software itself beyond that use.
Availability and changes during beta
We do not promise any specific uptime during beta. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the service as we learn. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, and we will avoid needless disruption, but beta carries inherent instability.
Pricing: free during beta
Flowbord is free while it is in beta. If and when we introduce paid plans, pricing will be in euros (EUR), and we will give you clear notice before any charges apply to you. You will not be charged for the beta retroactively, and you will have the choice to accept future paid terms or stop using the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbord and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Given that Flowbord is provided free during beta, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim — which, during the free beta, is zero. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including under mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
Termination
You may stop using Flowbord and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, your right to use Flowbord ends, and we handle your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. The sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, IP, liability, and governing law) survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark and the applicable laws of the European Union, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence within the EU.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Flowbord evolves out of beta. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
